Micholandia plans East Austin dessert shop on Riverview Street

The planned shop would be at Northwend Shopping Center in East Austin. The project covers 1,800 square feet of interior work, and the opening target is early August if permits allow.

Micholandia's menu includes paletas, mangonadas, ice cream, aguas frescas and fruit cups. The Austin store is expected to be run by a licensed operator who can use the brand, recipes and business framework while keeping more day to day independence than a standard franchise setup.
