Casa do Brasil plans Round Rock restaurant at former Cork & Barrel space
Casa do Brasil is preparing a Round Rock location at 4000 E Palm Valley Blvd., with construction listed from June 10 to Sept. 1. The Brazilian steakhouse would move into the former Cork & Barrel Pub space.
Casa do Brasil, a Texas based Brazilian steakhouse with restaurants in Austin, College Station, Houston and Waco, is planning another Central Texas location at 4000 E Palm Valley Blvd. in Round Rock. Public filings list construction from June 10 through Sept. 1.
The site was previously Cork & Barrel Pub. Casa do Brasil is known for churrasco style service, with roasted meats carved at the table, plus a salad bar with vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, seafood, soups and seasonal dishes. The project would add another full service dining option along the Interstate 35 corridor.
