I Scream Gelato plans first Austin area shop in Round Rock

I Scream Gelato is preparing a Round Rock shop on East Palm Valley Boulevard, with construction scheduled to finish by October 2026. The address puts the dessert brand in a retail corridor with nearby restaurants and shops.

The brand began in Breckenridge, Colorado, in 2018 and now has shops in Colorado, Ohio, Florida and Plano. The Round Rock store would be its second Texas location and its first in the Austin area, with menu items including gelato, bubble waffle cones, milkshakes, affogato and dairy free options.
